Otakon Photoshoot!!!

Hallo everyone~~

As most of you should all know a few weeks back was Otakon, the biggest Anime Convention on the East Coast. And this year I had the lovely chance to see not only Iggymod again, but also France and Korea~!!!

And as some of you might've heard us discuss in the seabox, an Age of the Steam Pirate photoshoot occurred ~ And I come bearing photos!

Alright, here's where I'm going to gush and gush and gush and -- *clears throat*

Eins. You all did such a beautiful job with your costumes! The small details, like Lily's hair piece and the embroidery on France's vest, were just perfekt. I'm such a stickler for authenticity, and adding your own touches of flair really gave it that extra pinch of it being believable. So, kudos to all of you on that. Yay!

Zwei, the location. What a spectacular opportunity to take photos aboard not only a pirate ship, but a submarine! I loved all the steampunk enviro stuff, and it really helped me to invision the interiors described here on the boards, a bit better.

Drei. Iggymod. That photo of you -- when you're talking to your imaginary friends -- ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. I was completely taken back by how professional and beautiful this photo was of you! *totes stared* Made me super super uber excited for Katsucon(?). Brownie points to whoever shot this photo, as well. Incredible job.

I'm sure if I catch any of you on seabox I'll gush there, too. I just wanted to let you know that I looked, and stared and pondered, and I'm really glad to call you all my friends. Ich liebe dich! <3
