Evening gentlemen and women, this is your England Admin!
So - an introduction? I'm the head admin of this site and both my sister (your resident Germany/Wy/Slovenia/Andorra) and I live just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia... which makes us currently the only Canadians in residence XD. I'm probably the current oldest person on this forum at 25.
I'm an aspiring fantasy author, who uses roleplaying as a way to practice different character personalities. SOMEDAY YOU SHALL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE MY NOVELS. SOMEDAAAAAY.
*coughs* Anyways. I'm a bit of a fantasy nut. I have bookshelves full of books, stuff I follow online and a display filled with swords and daggers in my bedroom. If anyone reads Mercedes Lackey, Lynn Flewelling, Jaida Jones or Danielle Bennett come fangirl (or boy) my way!
There's a bunch more to me, but I feel as though if I keep going this will become an autobiography. You'll just have to chat with me to find out the rest!
Enjoy your stay at Age of the Steam Pirate! England.

Hiya da ze~ This is your Korea-mod speaking, and all you need to know is that everything Originated In Korea, You Know!
Aha, but seriously. I've been part of AoTSP for a while now--(not quite as long as Iggy- and Lily- mod up there, but a while!)--and I've never regretted joining. If you want to kill a huge chunk of time listening to me ramble, you can read a lot of the backstory here. At 19-getting-to-20 I'm a poor community college kid currently living in my mother's basement in Midwest Misery, near Kansas City. BUT MARK MY WORDS, JUST LIKE IGGY, SOMEDAY THERE WILL BE BOOKS WITH MY NAAAAME!!!
Ahem.
I have a multitude of interests, largely of the webcomic-reading, world-building, character-developing, history-learning, music-listening, picture-doodling, and creative-writing bent, and once I have my laptop back you can probably find me on Tumblr as theamuzing. I don't do much on there except lurk, but hey. My two fandoms of the moment are Homestuck and Hetalia (where does my brain find room for life?), and I LOVE BOTH OF THEM TO PIECES*. I'm always up for a new story though, so if you have a particular fandom, feel free to chat me up and convert me.
Now as far as the site goes, you're going to see me as both North and South Korea (obviously), Greenland, and Luxembourg whenever I'm not waving about all willy-nilly updating the thread count or alphabetizing the apps or something else unnecessarily orderly. However, you may also find me playing the occasional NPC to help plots advance, in particular our upcoming Sky City. I adore helping people build backstory, even if it has nothing to do with my characters, so if you ever feel stuck, hit me up!
In short, welcome to the Age of the Steam Pirate, da ze! Adventure awaits!

Hello everyone, this is your resident Germandorrania....wy. In other words I play Germany, Andorra, Slovenia, and Wy. Things about me? Currently in college and somehow kicking ass at it (even though it makes me want to implode sometimes), studying Fine Arts, more specifically Visual Arts but I actually would prefer to study more art history rather than actual art. I....yeah. I am a nut for art history, let me tell you. Still a beginner at it, but boy howdy I love it. My dream is to work in a museum! About my personality? Well, I'm a proud nerd, introverted, pretty shy in large groups but hyper with my friends. I have been described as very sweet n' stuff, and funny to boot. I might be all that! I love to rp and improve my story telling skills, so I am always willing to strike up an rp whenever you want! I live in good ol' Canadaland, but craves to travel to many places, including all of my characters here (ESPECIALLY ALL MY CHARACTERS HERE *_*). You can call me whatever you want, though here I mostly go by Dorra! 83 Oh, and in RL I am the sister of that loser Iggymod.

Hi everyone! I saw this thread and thought I should go ahead and introduce myself.
I'm 5ft 4 inches and my younger sister is to pass me in height. I have brown hair, brown eyes, and olive skin. No one can tell what I am though especially when you bring my family into the mix. I'm the only cousin who stuck with the Mediterranean looks. This is probably because I’m mostly Greek and German with a mix of Swiss, Turkish, French, English, Scottish, Irish, Scotch-Irish, and Canadian, (who? I know he’s another immigration country but one of my great grandparents was born there from his immigrant parents.)
Anyway I recently moved up to Northern Virginia after leaving Williamsburg/James City County. It’s a small place where everyone knows everyone and when one goes to the store there are always about 6 people who you can stop and have a nice conversation with. I now live near D.C so it’s a big city but I have a lot more friends now.
I don’t want to wright a book one day. My love is stage acting. There’s nothing like the feeling you get when you’ve done a good job during a production, and the lights slowly raise, you grab your friend’s hand, and the audience just explodes with applause, and even though you’re only bowing for a second it just feels so good to know that you have brought happiness into someone’s life. I suppose that’s what attracts me to Rping and Cossplaying (although there’s no audience when you do those things…. Usually…)
Specifically I like musicals. It’s probably because that’s what I was raised off of. I was really close to my Marmie (She thought that calling her Grandma made her feel old so she settled on Marmie instead) and that’s what we would do, we would watch old black and white musicals. This also means that I was sadly behind in American culture. I still have never eaten a hamburger, or drunken a soda, or had a rootbeer, or a sprite, or a hotdog. My family just never fed me things like that, to tell you the truth I'm a bit scared to try them. It's not that I'm picky! I've had my fair share of snails. They taste good bathed in butter and garlic! Yeah, I get told to get out of America a lot. I actually don't mind it anymore. Anyway, it turns out that when you only watch really, really old movies you don’t learn much about current culture. My friends had to take a large amount of time explaining to me what the current music was when I first went to a school dance and didn’t know any of the music. I went to dance classes, but my teachers tended to play old music as well. Not as old as Marmie’s music, but still…
About my personality… I’m a rambler, if I just mind puke I don’t have much of a stopping point. (Yes, I’m mind puking.)
I used to be way more introverted and shy, but when I moved I told myself I couldn’t be scared anymore, I didn’t have any friends to lean on so I had to try to talk to some people.
I am now extremely outgoing and as my friend Thaddia says, “lost my sense of awkward.”
I am really forgetful, I’ll forget all sorts of things, bags, books, names. I wont say anything if I forget your name though I’ll talk to you, be your best friend, and not know who the heck you are.
I have ultrasensatory motor integration skill issues. (at least that’s what they think it is) It basically means two things. 1. My handwriting is terrible. Really terrible. On the level of: Me: “Sir, I didn’t put my name on the paper. Teacher: “No you didn’t. There is only one paper missing a name and I’m sure it’s a boy.” Me: “No really, that’s mine.” 2. I can’t take pain. At all. It’s kind of disappointing… I wish I could…
I have a fear of cats, and a fear of dogs. Dogs because when I was four I was semi-attacked by a German Shepard, and Cats because when I was three I got a cat stuck in my hand. It was terrifying.
And I’ve rambled on too long, sorry! I hope to RP with everyone soon!
