((Scotland))
Thump.
Dylan's knees gave out from pure exhaustion, his white shirt was open showing a once pale chest not browning due to the sun. His tan coat lay elsewhere near his boots. It was hot. Beyond hot, and he was so thirsty! There was barely any water nor shade for him to rest. Only a couple of trees grew on this godforsaken spit of land. If you could even call it that. It was all sand with a little bit of dune grass and a few palm tress that were scattered. He could go around the island in less then half n hour. He timed himself with his pocket watch. Which surprisingly worked after his little swim.
Sighing Dylan laid in what little shade he had collapsed in. His arms spread wide as he stared at the cloudless sky. His mind begged for rain. And his stomach begged for some other food then fish. But it was something-for now. Still the Scotsman groaned. He should have never stowed away on that ship. He knew he would get found and walk the plank. Still he thought merchants where at least merciful. But no he had to pick the most unforgiving group of merchants. Devil spawn he had thought the first night because look a where they had put him. On an uncharted island, with little hope of surviving no longer then a month if he was lucky.
"Lord," Dylan said still staring at the sky with a bit of misery, "please send someone to save me. I just want to find my family."
His family, the reason he had stowed away and in the end, ended up here. Still he wasn't going to give up until his final breath. He had a promise to keep and he was dead set on keeping it. He was just that stubborn.

((Ireland))
Saoirse groaned as she stepped foot on the little island. Why were they here again? Oh right, something about a rum supply. They were out, and this rum was free for the taking... Well free as long as they didn't get caught. And then it was still free. They would just have to take it. Still though, she wish she had stayed back on this ship, adjusting her cabbie hat and making sure her long red hair was still securely tucked beneath it.
Honestly, she really should just cut it... But she just couldn't bring herself to do that.
Watching some of her crew mates search for the secret hatch that had the stored rum, she opted to just wander. They could handle it themselves. And if they couldn't, well she would just give them hell for it.
So instead she began to wander a bit away, grumbling as the sun beat down on her. Her freckles were more prominent now, her cheeks beginning to red from sunburn. She couldn't help but feel absolutely miserable. She hated the sun, she hated the heat! Why the hell were they here anyways!?
Oh right. The rum.
Blowing long bangs from her eyes irritably, she also debated cutting them. But then her eyebrows would be visible. And she had too much womanly pride (even if she was technically cross dressing) to ever show those to anyone. She continued walking, tossing her canteen from hand to hand.
And that was when green eyes caught sight of someone in the distance, someone collapsing. Frowning she moved her hand to the pistol at her waist, walking forward. An enemy, that was what her first instincts were. Someone here to take the pirates prize. But as she came closer, she heard a voice she thought she would never hear again.
It couldn't be. It couldn't! But the closer she got, the truer it was. Her breath caught in her throat as she stopped, standing a foot or so away from Dylan. Her brother, her older brother. He was... It was really!
She didn't know whether to feel estatic to find him, or angry. After all, the reason she had run off was because he wanted to go through with their parents decision to have her marry a complete stranger. But then again... Then again she knew he had only done that so she would stay safe. And it had been the push to finally get her to leave. If anything... He was to thank for the freedom she now had. In a strange way...
Not that she would tell him that!
Taking a breath, she took a step closer. Would he even recognize her? They'd been separated for over 8 years. Did she even look the same? The Irish lass glanced down idly at the white button down shirt and tan pants. Her red hair tucked into their Grandfather's old cabbie hat to give her a more boyish appearance. Lord, she had been posing as a man for so long... Did she even resemble her old self anymore?
"Oi. You shouldn't go sleepin' in the sun." She snapped out at long last, and lord even her voice was gruff, like a man. Was Dylan going to recognize her?
Did she even want him too?

"Oi. You shouldn't go sleepin' in the sun." came a voice near Dylan. He opened a forest green eye and started at the man before him. Well... the person sounded like a man. As Dylan lifted his head more he drank in the other persons features. Red hair, green eyes. An Irish accent.
No, it couldn't be, would God really end his suffering and give him one of his siblings? But the thing was, the voice. It was gruff. That fact ate away at Dylan's hope. Still the Scotsman stood up and walked up to this person. He stayed a bit weary but still moved his head from side to side to see underneath those long banes. If he could see the tall tell of the Kirkland Eyebrows then he would know.
"Do I know you?" He asked as he stilled looked for the eyebrows. He would get closer but he rather keep his body intact. Because based on how this person was dressed they had to have some gun control or at least a decent hand with a sword. He did see that on their waist a bit earlier.

She wasn't sure whether to be upset that he didn't recognize her, or happy. It was really a mixed emotion. Shifting from one foot to the other she sighed a bit, tugging the brim of her hat down a bit. "Doubtful. I make it a habit not to know cafflers who sit out in the sun."
Shifting again she brushed her bangs slightly, making sure they remained over her eyebrows. Looking away with an almost indignant sniff, she pushed her canteen into his chest. "Drink, it's water."
From the look of it Dylan had been out in the sun for a while. And while Saoirse still wasn't sure whether she wanted to be discovered or not... Well, she couldn't help but worry over her big brother.

Dylan practically drank the whole canteen in one gulp. The semi-cool water sliding down from the corners of his mouth and down his throat. Oh it felt so good. After whipping his mouth from any water he handed the canteen back.
"Usually strangers don't offer precious fresh water to others." He said moving closer to the other. His suspicions were only growing from this person. They seemed a bit worried, but otherwise was masking something. Something, he just didn't know. Still he was going to get to the bottom of this.
In one fluid motion, on hand moved to brush the bangs out of the person's face, and the other...well the other placed it's self right on the others breast. And despite the bandages that did their job on flattening the chest area it still was still...squishy. Surely a breast of a woman.
Dylan smiled, his hands not moving, his right one practically groping the breast. Because before him, was his dear sister.
"Saoirse!!" He cheered gladly before finally moving his hands and embracing his sister. He was so happy, he had finally after so many years. Found a sibling.

It was true, people didn't generally share water with others, but what was she suppose to do? Let him die of dehydration? Plus the ship wasn't very far away. She was even about to point this out when suddenly Dylan's hands moved. Green eyes widened as her hands went to shove his away from her bangs, but then she froze. Her body with rigid.
Oh he did not just... Her face flushed, a mix of embarrassment and anger. And then Saoirse did the one thing she could think off when he hugged her. She drove her knee right between his legs, before her fist into his face. Then she was stumbling back, hands instinctual covering her chest. "Tá mé ag dul don chraiceann tú beo tú ag caitheamh leathcheann sciorta diabhal!"
She was so furious, she hadn't even realized she was no longer speaking English. Oh she was going to murder him!
(Translation - I am going to skin you alive you damn skirt wearing idiot! Angry Saoirse is angry)

For the second time today Dylan fell to the ground. His cheek hurting and his groin in complete and utter pain as he curled up to protect it from more onslaught from his sister. After all he did want to have kids one day.
"N-nice to see you...ah ow! S-sister!" He said his voice a couple octaves higher. He whimpered and stayed curled up until his poor lower regions finally began to feel better and even then it hurt to move.
He finally stood up and whimpered but he had a goofy smile because despite her aggression, of course he did deserve it since he groped her. He was just to happy to actually see another sibling.
"H-how are you?" he said his voice now just one octave higher.

He had actually recognized her. Granted, he needed to grope her, but he had actually recognized her. For a moment she panicked that maybe her disguise wasn't good. But then she reminded herself Arthur had recognized her too. They were family, it was only natural they recognize her. As much as she didn't want them too.
But had she wanted him to recognize her? She still wasn't sure. After all, she remembered how furious she had been at him before she ran off. But... But it was Dylan. It was her only big brother. She couldn't help but also feel incredibly relieved that he had seen through her disguise...
The octave higher voice snapped her out of her thoughts. She blinked for a moment, before slowly registering his question. How was she? She snorted. "Besides feeling a bit violated by my own brother?"
Then though she couldn't help herself. Glancing over her should to make sure no one but they were around she stepped forward. Flinging her arms around Dylan and hugging him. Hiding her face in his shoulder. "Damn bastard! I was actually worried about you!"

Dylan's eyes widened as his sister gave him a hug and he couldn't be happier to put his arms around her again. She never willingly gave him a hug since she was so much younger and was scared of some creepy noise. It was cute to remember that time.
He hugged his sister tired and almost cried, almost, after all he did need a reputation to hold up. Especially around his sister. Because if she saw him crying she'd easily beat him up and take over as the head of the family.
"So sis, what's been going on since I've been gone? How did you end up here? I'm glad your doing well but are you eating enough??" He asked, he even asked her about the get up. He hadn't seen his sister this dressed up when she tried to retaliate. But this, he just didn't know what to do with this.

She almost laughed at those questions. Oh Lord, where to even start? Pulling away from the hug first, she gave his arm a small punch though it was more playful then anything. "Tell anyone I hugged you and your dead."
After all she had her on reputation to uphold. And with that out of the way she shrugged a little, trying to stop smiling even though she couldn't help it. "Oh... A lot has happened. I don't even know where to start!"
Though maybe...
"... But I'm not Saoirse, not around anyone else alright? Just when it's you and I, and maybe the sprog when he's around. Everyone else knows me as Patty, a man."

"Patty? Why Patty? That can be a feminie name to! And Sprog? You've seen Artie?!" He said as he grabbed Saorise by the shoulders and looked at him. Arthur had been the reason why he had left the rest of the family and now. Saorise had found him! She had to know where he is now.
"Where is he? Where did you see him? Is he doing well? I haven't seen him longer then I have you!" he said looking frantic, he didn't even worry about keeping Saorise's secret from others. He didn't even know why he had to. He took a couple of deep breaths before he realized he should be paying attention more to his sister.
"Ah, I-I'm sorry, anyways why do you have to hide your gender?" he asked suddenly curious.

Having expected such a reaction for mentioning Arthur, she only just rolled his eyes to his questions. "He's doing fine. Captain of the Grim. And he found me... Unfortunately. Fished me out of the water when my ship was wrecked..."
She trailed off, shutting her eyes for a moment. She didn't like thinking back to that. To how the people she had known for so long had all died but her. How of all the people in the world her little brother had been the one to save her.
But then she opened his eyes, answering his question with a small sigh. "Back when I left I couldn't get on any ship because of some fuckin' stupid myth about woman being bad luck. So I dressed up as a boy named Patrick or Patty. It wasn't hard, especially since you all liked to tease me so much for looking like a guy." She scowled at the memory of the child hood teasing, punching Dylan's arm again. "It just stuck too. Everyone seems to think I'm a guy, so I just keep playing the part.

Dylan listened to her story and chuckled before rubbing his arm as his sister hit his arm. Well it did seemed like she went through a lot. He really didn't know what he could do with her and it seemed she was a captain. That's when an idea popped into his head.
"Well I'm glad Artie helped ya out and I'm glad he's okay. So I've got a little request for ya." He said rubbing the back of his head. He really hoped his sister didn't have to much of a grudge on him to decline it.
"Do you mind helping me off this island? Ya don't have to keep me long. Hell just give me a dingy and I'll be on my way. But please Sis. Don't leave me here, I'm getting sick of coconuts and fish!" He pleaded, but not so far of going onto his knees to beg. But he would if his sister wanted, because he wanted off of this godforsaken island.

Saoirse snorted at Dylan's little request. Honestly, did he expect her to just leave him there? Did he really think she was that cold-hearted?
Alright, so she was known to hold grudges... After all she was still angry at Arthur for breaking her green crayon back when they were younger. And she definitely still wasn't exactly happy with Dylan after everything that had transpired. But to leave her brother behind? For certain death? She wasn't that cruel.
"No. I'm going to leave you on this island to rot." She snorted again, turning her back to him and beginning to head back to her crew. She'd only went a step or two though, before looking over her shoulder. "Do you really think I'm that cruel? Get a move on skirt-boy. You can stay on my ship as long as need be."

"It's a kilt! and since your pretending to be a man you aren't allowed to call me that because you wear one too! and I wouldn't think near death cruel but I'm sure you are still angry at Artie for breaking your crayon back in the day." Dylan said with a shrug as he started following Saoirse back towards the crew. Which he noticed that were actually in the ground and taking some stuff out.
"What are they doing?" he asked curious. Because if he had been sitting on a storage area then he really was an idiot. "I guess it doesn't matter to much since ya gave me permission to bug ya on your own ship! For as long as I want to!"
He laughed and patted his sister on the shoulder hard. This was going to be an interesting trip he had to say.
